I shot a coon the other nite and my arrow went thru and smashed into a rock and stuck into it the main blade finally gave out on it after weeks of punishment and the bleeder blade bent on it. i emailed the folks at magnus explained what happened and within 15-20 minutes the ceo emailed me told me to send them back and he would send me out a new 3pack the same day and thanked me for buying thier product. that was cool and damn good service i will never buy another broadhead that doesnt say magnus on the package!
I have had the same type of customer service with Steelforce, and Slicktrick. When companies like Magnus and the ones I have mentioned treat customers like that it says volumes. Glad to hear that about Magnus.
Agreed, Magnus is good stuff, albeit I do not shoot their heads. Great customer service, none the less! Ghille1Cav, I have not spoke to anyone as Slicktrick yet, but if there service is anything like there head I will never switch. Good to see some companies still upholding awesome values and morals.
I like it when I can talk to the owners and that's who I talked to with both Steelforce and Slicktrick. Can't wait to use that Grizz Trick this fall!!!
I have heard good things about the grizztrick, however, I can't differentiate(sp?) between the grizz and the magnum? can you shed any light on this? Or PM me, don't want to hijack BBD's thread
Me either, Magnus are good heads it's good to see they are taking care of their customers. I will do some checking and get with you on that I'm curious also.
hell include me! I am always interested in hearing bout broadheads and arrows too. still looking for the right fit there in the carbon area i started to buy the easton trophy hunter today off sportsmans guide a dz. for $60.00 s&h too not too shabby. but been thinking bout the axis though seen ole knight & hale using the .400 grain i liked the way it looked too but i want the bare arrow and those shrink fletchings bowhunting.com sales them i want the all orange ones!
