Three years ago we both got Mathews Drenalins. And we love them, but on a trip south to Duluth, she thought she'd try and shoot the Passion.... rookie mistake! She fell in love. So, it looks like my wife will be getting a new bow before I do!:D

Does this mean I have to turn in my Man Card?

I don't think I'm ready to trade up yet.... yet!;)

No, it means you're a lucky man. You now have a much easier time convincing her you need new bows...heck encourage her to upgrade often as well:D In all seriousness, that's cool. My wife will never hunt, but she has talked about doing a little shooting with me. I hope she does.

Go and test out the destroyer while she's picking up her new bow. Once you get attached to that she can't really tell you no... unless your stuck on mathews.

You are definitely a lucky man. My wife enjoys shooting and hunting with me so whatever accessories or hunting aids I want, she's all in favor of. I love having her out in the woods with me. She just came in the room all excited about a big blacktail buck in our yard. He's a 5X5 with about a 2 1/2" diameter at the base.

I cant get Kate to give up her old Q2. Thats ok, it frees up a little cash for me. Fitz you ever fish burntside up there, we go up there every summer for 4-5 days and camp on a rock. Caught some nice trout out of there.

Felt smoother for her. Plus she likes the shorter axle to axle, and it's a touch lighter I believe. I think the idea of having some girly designs on it is a plus for her as well;)

I've only been on Burntside once. Truth is I've only been on a dozen or so of the lakes up here. There's no public access on our lake (Mitchell), so I'm a bit spoiled in having the whole lake to myself most times I fish:D. Makes loading up the boat to head to another lake seem silly.
