    Ok fella's I need a little help. Last night I shot a huge buck and I can't find him. It was right before dark, and I couldn't see my peep but he was huge. The shot was about 73 yards, but he was just waking so I know I made a good shot on him because I practice out to 150 yards. When I got down I couldn't find my arrow or an blood or hair, but since I couldn't find my arrow I'm sure it was stuck in him. What should I do, this is the first buck I've ever shot.

    Well, since you have to work tomorrow and its a few hour drive from the lease, I would just look for him during shed season. It sucks, but its part of hunting. You will learn from this. Chin up man, get out there and shoot another!

    I second this. There are plenty of other deer to shoot. Just get back up in that stand fire up your ozonics and don't forget to use your c'mere deer corn coat on your bait pile, just like Hank Parker told you too.
