Not talking about the band, think they rock, but shot a Mathews creed yesterday to see what the hype was about and I wanted to shoot a 28.5 dl I'm shooting 28 and feel a little short. First off, it was light felt solid and looked awesome. The draw was smooth until let off. My mission eliminator has a very distinct let off the creed not do much. And my least favorite part was the back wall. The creed kept jumping on me and I didn't feel like it was solid at full draw. I liked the dl though Nd will probably change my mission to 28.5 soon. But as of wanting to spend 1000 on a new bow. No thanks, ill stick my my mission for half that.
Yep, bows are a very personal thing. You have to go shoot, handle, draw, etc., as many as you can because they all feel and shoot differently to different people. You CANNOT buy a bow based on others opinions. You have to like it, because in the end, when the moment of truth comes in the field, it's just you making it happen.
Ya everybody is different, that's why they make so many different models. Iv talked to several guys that have the creed, an it's the best they have ever owned.
Like everyone else is saying its all gonna feel different for everyone. I love the creed and feel every aspect is what I look for in a bow. glad you gave it a shot
Glad you like your bow and saved 1000 bucks. I fell in love with the Creed within the first two shots
Glad you gave it a try. If the Mission works for you, then Stick With It! Whatever you feel the most comfortable shooting, that is what you shoot!
Im one of the ones thatll say the creed is he best bow ive shot, and ive shot a lot of bows. The backwall on my creed is crazy I can hold it all day and never wants to go on me. Everyone likes different things and what feels awesome in my hands might not in someone elses.
I shot the Creed a while back. I liked it...just if the Mathews grip was more skinny. Like they said...its personal. What bow fits you best. For me it most PSE's. Some don't like there skinny grips...but they fit my perfect.
I enjoy shooting the Creed but it's not for everyone. I have 2 friends that have the Mission bows and they shoot great also. You still have a great shooting bow.
Yeah...my buddy has one on his Heli-m. It's ok...but it feels like his has a lump in it...lol. Right where that line is on the back of the grip. I have to say though....the focus is much...much better than that fat grip.
I like the fat wood grip but I have man hands lol. I have to say it feels smaller on my creed then my z7 though.
I've shot my buddies creed and i personally think its awesome.... just not quite as awesome as my magnum
