I've used the deodorant, as deodorant, and also rubbed it on my boots as a scent mask. Never noticed any negatives, do I think the name is an exaggeration, pretty likely. It does smell good on a hot early season day when you catch a whiff of you're vanilla-ish self haha

It doesn't taste as good as nose jammer either.

on another thread a while back some people said that human pee on scrapes bring in bucks. so why don't guys start spraying pee all over themselves if it worked so good? i'll play it safe and hunt the wind, thermals, and my entrance and exit.

I pee in scrapes and have deer hammer them right after me but no I won't pee on myself.

I get the ozonics, nose jammer and hecs. But the scent control clothing (not sure if you were using scent lok as an example) and ever calm have worked great for people who treat their clothing well and use the ever calm correctly. I use carbon synergy and dip my clothes in it and I haven't had any complaints. I've actually fooled a nice buck that was down wind of me 10 yards away. People can't just use their scent control suits and expect them to work if you don't reactivate the carbon in them when they use and wash them all the time. Just my opinion though.

Sigh, a clothes dryer will not reactivate carbon. I have worked in an industry that uses carbon to get contaminants out of air streams and water for 35 years. For any clothing company to say that a clothes dryer reactivates carbon is outright lying thru their teeth.

By reactivate the carbon I meant dip it in carbon synergy or something like that. Where did I say reactivate with a dryer?

Carbon will not leach scent or chemicals out of air or water in a stagnant environment, not when it comes to a deer's nose human perhaps but not down to the ppm required to be effective as advertised.

Plus any carbon suspended in liquid sold in a bottle has absorbed any chemicals in the water, it is called break thru means that the carbon molecules have absorbed all they can and any scent or liquid past that point the carbon can not removed. If you want something that might work I can send you a jug of dry virgin carbon free of charge, just do not mix it with a liquid. I can also put you in touch with a chemical engineer that works for a carbon company he can give you the proof and chemistry why it does not work on human scent to a point where odor is non detectable.

No lol, however I don't have any experience with evercalm, so I wouldn't know how bad that could be!

A JZ approval is the equivalent to being on the cover of SI or winning the Heisman. It’s all downhill from there.

The 1st time I used Nose Jammer, I got winded by a doe! LOL But, like some of the other guys I've seen some success using it on my boots. I've had deer walk over my boot path and stopped and smelled, but didn't get alarmed.
Anyway, if you like it and it makes you feel better, than go ahead and use it!
