I went to the website and watched the video. Come one now. If the same natural chemicals are found in clay then I shouldn't need crap around here in NC. Good old Carolina clay should be a natural nose jammer!! Oh wait our clay doesn't have "Maximum Particle Dispersion"! hahahahahaha!!!!!

The video is almost believable, for like 2 seconds.

Hey guys, I know we don't talk about other forums on here and by no means am I trying to get people involved with this one. As a matter a fact I no longer get on this site any more (been over a month now and don't miss it one bit) but, I was doing some research on this nose Jamer crap trying to see how bad it really is. You have got to read this. I hope they never come to this site. I have a bad feeling it would get really ugly for them. Here is the link: http://www.fieldandstream.com/blogs/hunting/2011/02/are-you-nose-jammer

Just so everyone knows, the ONLY way I will try this is if it is sent to me for free. I think they are full of S***. After all, one of the mane ingredients is vanilla extract and C'mere Deer has that vanilla smell. I won't for any reason use that gimmick again. $120.00 down the drain on that one. I do use vanilla extract in my mineral stations but, I don't believe it jams their noses. I think it does the opposite.

I think I'm getting a few cans. Just once this year, I'm gonna go out to an average spot and set off about 10 buck bombs, a few cans of this stuff, dump two bottles of doe pee, light a few smokin' sticks, and sit back and wait for my buck. It works for 10% of hunters 50% of the time right?

the only thing jammed is your brain if someone actually buys this crap and beleives that it works.

The difficult thing is getting a deer to stand 2 feet from you so you can spray it in their noses! The only way you could drastically affect what a whitetail smells is by putting a HUGE concentration of something in their nose causing a reaction. But, I will say, if you can put chilli powder all-over yourself, and your hunting area - it did work for cool hand Luke!

People use skunk/dirt/acorn scents to try to mask their scent. They use carbon suits and spray down with scent killer to try and destroy their scent. There are even ionizers that people take with them to kill scent.

There are people who swear by those methods and people who swear at them. Meh... to each their own.

Attempting to mask your own scent and claiming that some spray is going to inhibit the ability of a whitetail deer to be able to smell by overloading their scent glands are two different things Christine.

How does skunk scent work as a cover scent?
It overwhelms the human scent. Olfactory overload.

That seems to be what this product claims to do. I don't see a lot of difference.

I have a bunch of squirrel tails here. I'm going to make hats with a squirrel tail attached to the top. There will be a string to the tail. If a deer sees you in the tree. Just wiggle the tail. It will recognize that movement and dismiss you as a squirrel.

It would complement the nut cruncher noise maker quite nicely. :)
