The Cubans who put the migs on the ship listed them in the manifest. What they failed to list was the radar components and other parts of weapons systems. North Korea is asking that the ship and 35 crew members be released. This is going to be interesting.

I think any situation that has NK and Cuba working together is bad for us. The captain tried to kill himself, so he knew what was up. This has the potential to get ugly, fast.

North Korea, already strapped for cash will probably not threaten Panama. If they are banned from using the canal to ship between Cuba and North Korea, they will have to come up with more money to go around South America. More than likely though, they will claim that Panamanian authorities are nothing than puppets of the imperialist American regime.

They can't even sneak them into their own country. It will take a lot more than two old airplanes.

What I dont get is the first report last week was saying they found missile hardware, now the are talkin MiGs. Additionally why if Cuba listed them on the manifest were they buried under tons of bags of sugar????

out of sight, out of mind. By listing them on the manifest, it keeps the UN from taking sanctions against Cuba.
