Sending my busted nockturnal out today.

The address I got in case anyone wants to know is 9403 Westgate Blvd, Proctor, MN 55810
I didn't get a name or department to send it to (this rep has barely been helpful) so I just put Rage Outdoors Customer Service.

I've always had good luck with them.

Never had an issue. But then just this week I bought my first pack since the rage buyout so well see.

I prefer the nockturnals due to the switch. I shot luminocks and it seemed like they were accidentally turned on constantly draining the battery without me even knowing.

I have one green nockturnal from before the buyout. Still going strong after a full season of use. Used it target shooting mostly. I had another one that passed through a deer and somehow managed to get blood inside, which dried and made the nock non-functional. I figured that was to be expected.

Should be getting my LEDs tomorrow. Gonna try to make a few myself!

Well as of 10/8 - the CS rep for Rage Outdoors had received my defective Nockturnal. I supplied her with my shipping address and have yet to hear from them or see anything in the mail.

Just sent another email today to follow up.

I've had two of them fail this year. Makes finding your arrow in a crp field at dusk a little difficult.

Did they require you to provide a copy of your receipt? Last year, I tried to get a replacement from Nockturnal (pre-buyout) but they would not work with me due to me not having a receipt. I was actually a little suprised b/c usually companies such as this have great customer service.

Think I will try making my own. Thanks for all the info guys!

No, the rep only required me to send the faulty nock back first.

I will most likely not be buying from Rage ever again - based solely on this experience with one of their CS reps. It's been 3 weeks (1 week since it was supposedly shipped on the 16th) and I haven't gotten a functional nock back.

Every time I email the rep I've been talking to, I barely get any useful information and she doesn't even make an effort to make the customer happy or reassured. Perfect example:

I just emailed her this morning, asking for a second time if there is some sort of tracking number. We'll see..

    lighted nocks

Only tried Firenocks with-out much success. they stay on when target shooting but had 3 out of 4 turn off on pass thru shots.Read others forums where guys are having the same issue. Now it's Nockurnal time.

Well I may have spoke too soon. I got a three pack of red nockturnals in the mail today. One busted nock for three (hopefully) functional nocks.

Still wish the rep was a bit more friendly but if all three work, I'm satisfied.
