Any one have any dealings with them? I emailed them 2 days ago with no response yet, Got a 3pk of nockturnals and only 2 of them fit in my shafts. I tried the bad nock in the shafts that the other 2 fit an its just to big, almost like they got a wrong size in the pack. There x nocks for easton fmj's. For the price of the nocks i feel all 3 should work as advertised.

I shoot Gold Tip arrows an use the Nocturnals too. Never had any fitting issues. If you bought them at a store, I'd just take them back there. They can get the refund from the manufacturer. If you bought them online, you might have to wait. I've never had to work with their customer service so can't help ya there. Hope everything works out.

I have never had to deal with their customer service but when I do I prefer to call. I have sent emails to other CS and it takes for ever for them to respond.

I have sanded them down to make them fit never had them loose. Little emory paper or sand paper and few twists custom fit. I shoot CX piledrivers and they have the shock collar it tends to make the fit tight.
