Sorry I haven't helped.............yet. I'll get out some this week and weekend. Wife had 2nd surgery today and is doing fine. Will start chemo or radiation in about a month.
MAG your doing just fine. You stay in there and help your wife. If its in the cards for you to kill one you will. Im glad to hear that the surgery went well and I will keep you guys in my prayers

Team I see you all have been some killing fools... I was able to harvest my 2nd doe of the season on nov. 14th. On nov. 15th I shot a 160ish buck which I was unable to recover. I don't know what happened but hopefully he lived. Anyway I was wondering. If I am unable to get a buck this season can a 2nd doe count in the contest as my 2nd deer or does it have to be a buck
Well team, I was able to help out some this afternoon. Shot an 8 pt. around 4:00 pm. Not a big scorer but I'm happy to have some meat and I am not getting any younger.....lol. Will have pics tomorrow. Edit: Hope these work, had to get pics this morning before taking to the processor. I always take the worst pics of anybody on the site so I guess I might as well keep it up.
Hell yeah. You guys are a bunch of killers like Usual. I went out tonight. I was running late and it was about 3 15 when I headed out to the tree. When I crested the hill to my plot there was 8 does and fawns already in it. I chose to back out and head back in for more family time instead of bumping them. When I got back to the truck I walked over to a vantage point where I could glass the plot from about 500 yards away. Here comes CAL RIPKEN ( my number two buck that I would love to kill) Walked right under my stand. Maybe Ill get him tom. Congrats again everyone and happy thanksgiving.

You guys are putting them down again! Nice team! I won't be making it out this weekend so nothing coming from me until late this year. I'll be hitting it again late December and then it's off to the ATA and back in a stand again in mid January for urban season. So, hopefully I can connect on a doe at some point. I havent had a chance to even put a tape on him yet and yesterday was a full day and adding a deer to take care of to the mix really made things tight. I should be able to find time tonight though. I don't expect him to score terribly high but he is definetly unique
