Those were some of the best ribs I've ever eaten. We have been working trying to figure out this Pit Boss pellet grill/smoker for a while. I finally nailed it. My wife actually patted my back, said that was wonderful and hinted at things to come later so I'll talk to you fellows tomorrow sometime. I got things to do.
Meanwhile I'm working 15 hours and surviving on Monster's and skittles lol. Someone have a beer for me.
We spent all day extracting honey from our hives. We only had one of the 3 produce any honey. I consider that good. I did take a run around the farm and check cameras. We have a one buck out of velvet. I'm hoping to plant one of the late season plots tomorrow night. The one other place I want to plant is too wet still. Marathon, not me. I'm more of a home to first or home to third kind of runner. That was definitely in my younger days. I'm much better with hockey helping the boys now. It's much easier to glide on the ice than run the bases now days. I could've used a beer too. It was definitely hot and humid here today. Supposed to be hot tomorrow then give us a cool down for a few days. Great looking ribs Chief!! We'll call you Captain Cook!!
It's 4:50 am and I'm headed out the door to the lake. It's nice and cool right now but it'll get hot soon. I'll be lucky to get in half a day before the sun chases me back to the ramp.

I played mostly in-line until our boys gained interest in the sport. They asked why I helped them in the barn and didn't help them at the rink. So this year I'm helping coach. It is a hobby that we started when we moved to our current location. Yes we do sell it.
It was a tough fishing day. I didn't get my first bite until 9:30 but I ended up bringing home 5 bass and one channel cat that bit my bass jig. Now I have fish to fillet.
