I am trying to push out further since I am going to Kansas this year. Should make 30 a chip shot. I hope Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I see how you are, Chief. I'm in training for a couple of days and get nominated for Captain. Is anyone interested in being Captain? Sent from my SM-G965U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
When I started in law enforcement in 89 I told myself I would never be a Sgt or administration. Somewhere after a Sgt people become assholes. I did not want to be an *******. I became chief as a Sgt when the chief resigned for another department. Captain is a good rank Just remember where you came from & you made mistakes too Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Brett, there is no truer statement in the working world than remember where you came from and that you've made mistakes too. Appreciate cha all! Sent from my SM-G965U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
I can't imagine the retirement frustration that you must be dealing with......... Sent from my SM-G965U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Hey Guys, First off I'm liking "Nock n roll" as a team name...Ill nominate Foodplot19 as well as team captain. I'm 34, from western, MA....have been hunting since I was 15...took several years off because of sports/college/navy. I have been back to hunting every year for the last 8 years and I'm still loving it! I hunt private land 95% of the time and currently have two great spots (depending on the mast crop this year). I travel to California for work (power and utilities company) one week a month but it seems as though this fall I wont be on the road as much so I'll get more time in the tree, if hockey doesn't become too busy...
I took a break from casting to check on the thread and realized that when I sent the above message I replied to the wrong post. I meant to reply to Foodplot asking if anyone wanted to be captain, not to your post Brett. I was pretty tired this morning. I apologize if it caused any confusion.
I'll add to the name game. The only one I like that I have come up with is something to the effect of "Droptine 9" or Droptine Nine" to incorporate our team number into the name.
It got sunny and hot so I Left the lake at 1:20 and came home with a limit of six bass. Not a bad day at all. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Pulled cards last night. Only one bug steadily hitting my property in Louisiana. He will be the hit list buck this year. 5 different does with spotted fawns by their sides as well. Should be a good rut for us in January. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Nice! I don't have a single buck on camera on my home place that I would shoot. What I do have is a huge doe population so I'll let the bucks come to me.
