I have a Galaxy Elite II (Traditional) recurve bow at 35 pounds (due to a shoulder injury)

My draw length is about 29" - 30" and the arrows I have are 30" long and a .500 spine. ~110 grains up front.

I'm getting pretty noticeable nock left, and a little high (need to adjust my nock point)

I thought that nock left means my spine is weak on these arrows (meaning I need to go STIFFER to something like a .400 grain), but when I posted this question on another forum 2 guys were saying I need to go "up to a .600 or even .700 spine"

This confused the hell out of me. The arrow charts for my arrows (Carbon Express Predator II 3050) say I should be using a .400 spine.

    Anyone know?

I shoot 500’s Vintage Carbon with 145 grain tips out of my Ben Pearson #35 recurve and get great flight dynamics. I’m using a 4”
I shoot 500 Vintage Carbon Trads with 145 grain tips out of my #35 Ben Pearson. Arrows for me are cut to my 32” draw length with 3 4” right wing parabolic cut fletchings. I get great flight dynamics.
