Still waiting on a few more guys to checkin but it's never to early to start thinking about 'team names' and 'team captain'? Thoughts?

DoubleLung: Thanks. I know what you mean about music. I've spent countless hours searching the internet for good songs. I've gotten music off 4 or 5 different sites and have paid as much as $40/song down to $.99. Here are the sites I've used: premiumbeat.com, jewelbeat.com, incompetech.com, royaltyfreemusic.com and another one I can't remember. I'd appreciate if you didn't use the same song I'm using. It's the theme song for my show, so I'd like to keep it original.

Buttonbuckmaster gets my vote for capt, as for team names I'm game for anything.

I've just discovered that the pic of the buck I posted is a most likely a 4.5 year old that I named Gimp. I've got another buck with a kicker off his right G2 and when I saw the kicker in these pictures I assumed it was the same buck. I started comparing pictures and all of a sudden..."wait a minute...that's a different buck!"

I had my first encounter with Gimp 3 years ago taking my wife hunting. We saw this 1.5 year old basket rack 8-point walking towards us. He was limping badly. His hoof was turned in and he was walking on the first joint of his leg. I told my wife to shoot him, assuming he may not make it with that injury anyway. He saw us getting set up and ran away. The way he ran away, he looked to be in better shape than I first thought. Fast forward to last season, I was getting pictures of two good bucks behind my house all summer. Once they shed their velvet, my #1 hit lister ran the other buck off. I ended up killing my #1 buck (my profile pic) during gun season after he gave me the slip a few times during bow season. In December, the other buck showed up again. I got footage of him at 50 yards. I noticed he was limping. I watched the footage when I got home and noticed his foot. It was the same buck from 2 years ago....Gimp!

Looking at the rack in this picture, I'm 95% sure it's Gimp. I need to get a picture of his foot to be sure but, if it's him, he will be #1 on the hit list.

Been there done that. Team names? Not sure yet. I'll come up with something.

    How about Twisted Tines.

Looks like we've got three MO boys on the team.

I'm up for whatever you guys want for a team name or captain.

I totally understand! Thanks for the suggestions! I typically spend months searching for a particular song for the season promos... It's all part of the fun tho, right!? :)

Checkout 'Audio Network', the songs are cheap and the options are plentiful.

To help get the blood flowing I thought I'd share a couple pics of some bucks running round the property.

MechDoc checking in! I will be hunting mostly northern IL and west central WI this season on some new land. I currently do not have any target bucks in sight but I hope that changes soon. I will be hunting hard this season with my 17 year old son so I hope to be able to put some good points up on the boards. I will try and post up more than I normally do but my work and family life keeps me extremely busy.
It looks like a lot of you guys have some great target bucks already. Good luck to everyone this season.
