This thing is going to be so messed up.

St. Louis medical examiner has already conducted their autopsy. Everyone was in an uproar because the information wasn't released. Yesterday the family's lawyer stated they were going to have one of the top rated examiners perform an autopsy as well. When asked if they would be releasing the information the lawyer hesitated and said that they would have to check with other advisors on how to proceed on that.

Today Holder said he is going to have a 3rd autopsy done.

What happens if all 3 come to different results and such.

If this thing ends up in a courtroom it's going to end up in a mistrial or hung jury.

The state police officer that took over police control of Ferguson is starting to be such a kiss butt. It is starting to piss me off. These are some of his kiss butt quotes. Why is he shamed?

At a Sunday rally, Johnson said he had met members of Brown's family and the experience "brought tears to my eyes and shame to my heart."
"When this is over," he told the crowd, "I'm going to go in my son's room. My black son, who wears his pants sagging, who wears his hat cocked to the side, got tattoos on his arms, but that's my baby."

Johnson added: "We all need to thank the Browns for Michael. Because Michael's going to make it better for our sons to be better black men."

Private autopsy done by the family says he was shot at least 6 times.

The examiner also said one wound to the top of the head could have occurred due to surrender or charging the officer.

Yeah. That's messed up. Let's feed into their BS and blame the cops for not keeping his cool when this pissed monster comes at him.

Why is it the public can be total azzes but if a cop acts human in reps once he gets ALL the blame?

Right now every business person and citizen in town has the right to form a militia to protect person and property.

I was impressed with the guy at first, but that's just an embarrassment to the entire profession.

National guard has been activated. Th is was after a press conference where Cpt. Johnson had said he didn't feel the need for the national guard.

Makes you wonder whether the governor just acted on the upscaling of violence last night or if he might know information will be released early this week. It was definitely a new level of brazeness by the thugs of Ferguson.

Okay, so you don't have a point. Gotcha.

I hope the cop goes to jail for life if it's proven he was in the wrong. Given their position of authority, they should be held to a high standard.

I'm not willing to hang him over hoodlums rioting just to appease the thugs. There are several conflicting reports and more will come out. Let it run it's course.

However, if I had to pick a story to believe given the current situation... It certainly wouldn't be that a 6'4" 290 lb thug LEAVING THE SCENE OF A ROBBERY was just minding his own business and gunned down in cold blood by a police officer. If it walks like a duck, looks like a duck, and sounds like a duck.... It's a damn duck.

Ok we get it he was tall and weighed a lot. Yes its true he stole cigars from a gas station. The police chief said the officer that shot him did not know he was a robbery suspect. Now on the business that Michael Brown allegedly tried to take the officers gun...well the only two people who know for certain are the officer and Michael brown. One is dead and with all due respect to the cop, do you really think he's going to say "no he didn't go for my gun but I shot him in the face anyway" ? Of course not, he's going to say anything to save his own ***. I'm not defending Michael Brown or the officer. I will wait until all the facts come out. Which unfortunately I don't think is ever going to happen. That's my position.

Working in an ED in a large trauma center, I see more than a few GSW's, and they're always people minding their own business, completely innocent, when someone shoots them.....

Sadly, many of the people shooting and getting shot are never going to be influenced by anything we say here, but they WILL be influenced by people like Jesse Jackson, and Al Sharpton, and Eric Holder, and Barrack Hussein Obama, but those guys aren't willing to put themselves in dangerous situations to start making changes that WILL help something. They only like to stir the pot enough to keep dinner cooking...

The media report on this, similar to the Trayvon Martin justified homicide, has been nauseating, and when the TRUTH is unveiled, there will be a lot people still unhappy either way.

This came down to bad decisions that this kid made, and a decision a cop may or man not have been forced to make.... But his decision to go into a liquor store and steal cigars was a bad decision, his decision to furthermore push around the owner/clerk was a bad decision, his decision to walk down the MIDDLE of the road was a BAD decision, his decision to not obey a police officers direction to use the sidewalk was yet another bad decision.... There reportedly was a little altercation in which the officers gun went off while he was still inside his vehicle as this guy was trying to take his weapon. The guy the starts to run away, and at some point must have turn and came back at the cop because the entry of all wounds was on the FRONT surface of his body, making the officers reports of the events plausible, and the reports from the other "witnesses" seem to be proven LIES.....

Either way, the behavior of these people is INEXCUSABLE, and acting like a bunch of savages means they deserve to be treated like a bunch of savages.....

These same people who want this cop to go down are the same people who cheered in the streets because OJ Simpson got off. To them it is not about justice it is about race.

I don't understand all the references to the officer not knowing that Brown was a suspect.

To me that would mean that the officer didn't have an initial motive other than to have them use the sidewalk. Had they done so it's likely he would have just driven off once they complied.

But, Brown and his friend knew what they had done only minutes before. They had no way of knowing the cop was not aware, at that time, of their dealings with the clerk and theft. Tha would have been the one's on edge and the officer not on gig alert.

I could very well see it as the officer seen them in the roadway and had no other intentions but getting on the sidewalk. When they, admittedly, became defiant by saying they were almost to their destination that prolonged the encounter and heightened the officers awareness. He then seen the cigars and put two and two together. Brown seen the officers reaction and knew the gig was up, the officer was about to exit his vehicle when he was forced back in prompting him to unholy terms his firearm. By that time Brown was already committed and continues his assault of the officer. The weapon discharges and Brown starts to flee, while Dorian tucks tail.

After that the encounter ends up with the officer killing Brown.

Brown's friend has already damaged any sort of credibility with his initial statements, his account should be completely dismissed which leads to the cops statement. The family's autopsy indicates that the wounds are in line with both scenarios.

The video I posted earlier has the most condemning conversation in it that if admissible fully supports the officer, by an individual who probably fully supports Brown.

Sadly, no matter what evidence will support, now that Obama and Holder are knee deep in this it's even more of a train wreck.

I think Obama is seeking redemption for his Treyvon Martin stance, nothing more and nothing less.

The line of impact on all of the 6 shots that hit him, add a lot of credence to the fact that the cops one eye was swelled shut from the fight.
