Fitz, I was assigned to team 4 in replacement of cubs. However he has just checked in, I don't have a problem giving him his spot back as he was rightfully assigned to the team first and I was his alternate, but is there anyway you can throw me onto another team? Team 32 is also missing a hunter: TimmyBoy8386. Replaced by Tekel I sent him (assuming TimmyBoy is a him) a PM but no reply. We are requesting a replacement. We'd like to review said replacements trail camera pictures before we commit. JUSSAYN!
FYI- in the future, if a replaced member checks in, they should be notified that they were replaced and told to sign-up on the alternates list.
I suggest for next year we specify a check in period (i.e. if it is announced that the teams will be drawn on 8/31, all players have until 9/7 to check in). If they have not, they are not eligible to participate in the contest for the year.
Fitz, sharpbroadheads has checked in. Earlier you replaced him with CFStinger who has not checked in.
I think if a team requests replacement for a member that has not shown and then the replaced person shows up, the team captain has to take responsibility for replacing that person and the deal is done. There are two accounts now of a team requesting replacement and then wanting to change it back. Bad form in my opinion.
Well how was I supposed to know he would return? He was given ample time. Not only that but the guy was in the hospital so I can understand why it took him awhile to get back onto the computer. Im not trying to cause a problem. This just happened to be something that I cant control, im sure you can understand that. My question is what to do In this situation.
Tell Sharpbroadheads to sign-up on the alternates list. We'll be giving replacements til the end of the week to check-in. Trying to track 400+ people jumping on & off teams is a challenge. Once the replacement request comes in, we have to move forward.
Team 23 had all members check in. But several have not been back since and they only had a few posts to start with on the entire forum. Not sure if that justifies anything but??? I just don't have a positive feeling about a few of our members. Probably just the luck of the draw.
I agree Fitz. Everyone had 2 weeks to check in. For whatever reason they didnt. Once replaced they have been replaced. No exceptions. Between phones, laptops, ipads etc... they had to of had 2 minutes in 2 weeks to check in. Sent from my DROID X2 using Tapatalk 2
