    I have a hunt first week of September in MD, this will be my first time in stand with heat projected for 80+ , any tips and advice?

    Themacell, water and breathable camo. Lol. I have sat in 90 plus heat in NC. Expect to be slightly miserable, but it can pay off for sure.

    I feel your pain bro. Hunting here in NC opening weekend and the weeks after can be brutal. I wait until after 3PM to get in the stand. You pray for a breeze! Thermacell is lit before I leave the truck. Good thing about it is the foilage on the trees is heavy and it can give you good shade sometimes. But, it is what we love and we all push through it.

    Better have a plan for the Bugs))). Heat I can deal with but the mosquitoes are terrible.
