Do you know the definition of hypocrisy? If so...that would infer Duke/K had seasons/titles/final 4's vacated. Otherwise....."hot air". Do you know the characteristics that make teflon popular? I didn't say Calipari wasn't good at keeping himself above reproach. I said he was a cancer. He infects every place he goes to. If you deny that (UMass / Memphis), I'd ask you if you knew the definition of "denial". I don't think you're ignorant. I think you're in denial.
Pointing it out....and "caring" are two different things. I hope you don't think I care....if I point out that Kurt Busch won the race, today.
Person A gets pulled over doing 70 in a 55, gets a warning and goes on. Person B gets pulled over doing 70 in a 55, and gets a VERY hefty fine. Which person was the speeder, or the one in the wrong? I know it's elementary but stick with me here . I am saying that it is hypocritical to support a coach who has had the same situation happen to him as Calipari but blast Cal for it simply because the NCAA chose to punish him instead. Corey Magette/Coach K = Coach Cal/Rose OR Coach Cal/Camby.....but you either don't want to see this or see only what the NCAA punishes as the real offenses. I don't necessarily think Coach K and Duke should be punished for Magette, but I am also along the train of thought that if you punish a person, you should be equal in punishment of others.
A better analogy would be.... Person A gets pulled over and ticketed for speeding. Person B gets pulled over and ticketed for speeding. Person A has a speeding rap sheet. Person B has a spotless record. So....when person B gets his sentence stayed....and person A gets a hefty fine.....it should come as no surprise "why".
