I get that Bob. I do. There have been laws that are discriminatory. No doubt. But in todays world with everything exposed and the laws just...I don't see it. Fatherless families. Violence. Fix those in any society and your society is much better. Its not complicated.

No worries. I went back and read my post and I could see where it could be misleading.

I don’t think anyone here is against the idea that every human being is equal. The fact that this terroristic threat of an organization is hiding behind the false premise of a racial justice movement is the problem. They (The BLM organization) don’t want equal opportunity, they want to be handed the keys to your house while you are sent packing to the housing projects. A complete reversal. That is their idea of justice. They are saturated with hate. They hate America. Period. So the idea of a flag that represents these tyrants is disturbing to say the least.

You are correct for sure but this goes beyond a “few bad apples”. These are organized lunatics that are seething with hatred. As stated previously they are just as bad as the skinheads. Of course there are innocent people who get sucked into the fringes of what they are screaming which is only a front. You can’t lie with the facts and the numbers. They are using the peaceful protesters, who I am empathetic with, as a guise.

I have to ask what is the Black National Anthem? I think I have an idea but not sure? Does it have anything to do with 2live crew or the Ed lover dance? Asking for a friend.

Not going to read all the comments, jumping straight to the end.

My take on this, if we are going to have two anthems played before every national event, or even just football, then they are doing nothing more than stating we have two separate entities within this country of one.

Just as every 2 years we play individual anthems during the Olympics to recognize the individual countries participating, we would be doing the same exact thing within our own borders.

I'm not for it, but who cares what I think. Tantrums rule the day and the land these days.

I'm done with politics, I'll cast my vote and keep my guns loaded.

See everyone in the Live from the Stand thread and team threads in a few months.

Unless you're a filter wrench that is......

you're absolutely correct- it's a tacit admission that we are 2 separate nations.

No hard feelings. It’s my 2nd dislike I believe since 2016. But I still don’t know what the Black National Anthem is? Guess I’ll ask some of my coworkers tomorrow.

I just want deer season to be here so I can 100% forget about all of this crap. I'm a fan of the league, but Sundays during the hunting season are for hunting, not football.

"Lift every voice and sing" would be the Black National Anthem. If you have ever attended a black southern Baptist church you may have heard it. It's a beautiful song and having grown up with a best friend that was black I would occasionally attend church with his family. I loved the song bc it was the last song before they let out.

I wish people would see we are all in this together. Life ain't easy. Seek out someone to help. Repeat. I need to do more. Do better.

Been thinking of doing small stuff. Cleaning up fishing poles and reels and dropping them off in some of the bad neighborhoods that are close to fishing spots. Sounds cheesy but giving people more hobbies and stuff I believe helps. Second thing I've been thinking of doing is taking my old truck and driving it to the local homeless shelter. Ask the workers there who is the most dependable worker you have that stays there and then giving him my old truck for free. It wont last forever but I could see it lasting several more years. These are the things I think of but have a hard time following up on. I need to do more. Better.

Kars for kids might be a better alternative, just saying homeless people are homeless for a reason.
