So I have shot the Carbon Express Mayhem Hunter 350 for the last number of years, and am in need of some more. Evidently they don't make them anymore, but make a Mayhem DS 350. Is this the same arrow? It is the same 9.8 gpi as the original Mayhem Hunter 350, but is it a completely different arrow? They also make a Mayhem Hunter DS 350, but the weight is heavier, at 10.2 gpi I think.

I have found some sights where you can still order the original Mayhem Hunter 350, but they are wrapped in the back with different fletching, didn't know if this added a bunch of weight to the back of the arrow.

I would like to stay with as close to the same arrow as possible, as my bow is tuned to these arrows and shoots very well with them (really don't want to re-tune and re-sight my bow in the middle of the season). I am currently still rocking the original Mathews Z7, 28.5" DL @ 70 lb, 100 gr Innerloc Slice fixed blades.

I was in your situation last year. I moved to the 350 DS and they performed flawlessly

Does anybody know if wraps on the back of the arrow add enough weight to make a noticeable difference in flight and performance?

wraps only add maybe 10gr max. I've never noticed a difference in using a lighted nock vs. standard nock and the weight difference is more than that.
