Pretty much makes fancy crackers. lol

We have several different flavors and after today, I may not be a big fan of crackers much longer. We had a Taste Test meeting. It was interesting.

We are supposed to be starting a cookie line in the near future also. It is a subsidiary of Lapanzanella foods.

Must have been hell to be out of work that long. I never had down time from work. I started when I was a kid and worked through college(until I got drafted), then the Army 24 hours a day for 8 year, and then my business... and on and on. I finally said enoug was enough and sold out in 2002. I worked for the new owner for a couple months showing him the business and then decided.... damn... it's time for me to draw some of this unemployment I've been paying for for a couple decades. LOL I don't remember how long I drew it.... but long enough that I was tired of filling out their little sheets. LOL I then went to work parttime at the local community college in the IT instructional department. Just for fun and something to do. When my wife became ill I quit to be her care giver and nurse.

A year unemployeed must have been hell. Congrats on the job and work hard.

You just don't know. I was trying to find work the whole time. I would get into these funks where I just didn't have it in me to keep trying for days at a time. I am 32 and I haven't been out of work since I was 15. I started working when I was 12. So really 20 years of working then unemployed. I did start school but, its not the same as working. I will be withdrawing from my classes next week and starting back again in the fall. I have to get my degree. I just really need to be making money for my family at the same time.

I'm going to respond because he probably won't see this.

I think he's going to try to take online classes this fall. Only one of his classes is online now and I'm pretty sure he plans on finishing that one. Not many more weeks left this semester.
