So I know most of us have a hit list, but how many of us have a NO hit list. Here are some 2 and 3 year olds on my NO hit list. Let's see if anyone else has any. 20210813_225841.jpg 20210813_225508.jpg 20210813_225427.jpg 20210813_225346.jpg 20210813_211119.jpg 20210813_203103.jpg 20210813_203001.jpg 20210807_073240.jpg 20210807_013255.jpg

Where I hunt, I would shoot any of those bucks. I’ve been burned by waiting too many times haha. I’ve definitely learned to take the opportunities I’ve been given. Now if I had a large tract of property… I could maybe get behind waiting but the largest tracts of private land I’m working with are around 200 acres with public surrounding. Either way those are awesome bucks. Would be awesome to see how they continue to grow or see one on the ground!

For me racks do not dictate as much as circumstances. Do I have a doe or two already. Did something occur that made the hunt challenging? Is there an injury on a deer? Last year my broken racked buck was taken due to a drive in a blizzard, freezing weather, bow on ground before he showed up. The challenge of gettibg bow backup the tree while he was looking my way. Not willing to leave after a 2 a.m. drive in a bad storm without a doe or buck. Beating his senses....that's what drives me.

i have never really had a hitlist over the years. the main property i hunt typically doesnt have bug bucks there in the summer but they tend to start showing up in october which works for me. so right now im just hoping a couple bucks show up this october like they have years past.

Been trying to kill only 4.5 y/o on the Pa farm, but we don’t have a dedicated list. I’ve been know in the past to get excited and shoot one regardless and that’s what it’s about to me. If I had more then 80 acres and could actually “control” then that could be a different story. Good luck chasing some!

I usually have one or two that I would not shoot because you can see their potential. However, I'm one of only two hunters in the area that think like that. I don't blame them, they usually are already nice deer for the area but it's always fun to see them blow up.
