Only 10 SEC championships since 1933 with only 5 since 1970... Only 3 bowl games in the 90's....

They will forever be in Bama's shadow..... :D

Just a little payback for all the buckeye jabs you have taken over the past couple years ;)

Just like OSU will forever be in Michigan's shadow?

Michigan vs OSU all time series: Michigan leads 57-42-6

Like I said, you sound like the Gumps and the Domers when tossing around words like "tradition".

Considering UofM won the first 15 games and 37 of the first 50 (with 4) ties of the all time series... The Bucks had a lot of catching up to do.

It was such a lopsided rivalry early on the Bucks only scored 84 points on Michigan in the first 24 games of the series. Michigan scored that many points in one game against OSU in 1902.

    There is a big difference between UofM's 11 NC's and OSU's 7 to Bamas 12 NC's and LSU's 3.

You don't care about "Tradition" because LSU is the flavor of the month compared to some of the all time great programs like USC, Bama, UofM and the Bucks. :D ;)

Boise State should be tough again this year and have an outside chance at the BCS if they go undefeated. I pick Florida to win it all. I have no choice, my boys are big Bronco and Tebow fans!

Scott, sounds like I need to get a crimson hat sent your way. No better time to get little bucko on the wagon than in the early years. We get #7 VT in the dome to start off. I actually read an article today that listed Wide receiver as our weakness...Julio Jones, is he a freakin beast or what, now the guy throwing the ball, well the jury is still out.

    Your logic?

The quarterback class is mighty talented this year, but McCoy is the cream of the crop :D

    My logic? Just a hunch.

    Bradford and Tebow >>>>>>>>>> McCoy

Really? Do you think Tebow is going to amount to anything after this year?

I didn't realize we were discussing their pro potential.

    We werent i guess,

But i would take Bradford and McCoy's passing over Tebow right now hands down, And McCoy is the better runner then Bradford,

    McCoy>>Bradford>>>>>>>>>Tebow

McCoy is a better runner than Bradford, but there is no way that McCoy is a better passer than Bradford.

Bradford will be a top 5 pick.

    McCoy....not so much.

BTW, if Tebow wins another championship this year, he will be on of the top 5 college football players of all time.

"IF", that's far from a certain thing,

You dont think McCoy would even be a top 10 pick?

Given the choice, you would honestly take Colt McCoy and Sam Bradford over Tim Tebow?

Say what you want about his pro potential but, against actual real defenses in the SEC, Tebow only threw 2 int's and completed 64% of his passes.

PLus you will not find a better leader, motivator or football player than Tim Tebow.

    As for my predictions.

Florida 14-0.. beating Ole Miss in the SEC title game and Texas in the national championship.

I'm struggling to understand why a kid from Ohio loves Texas so much...?

Is it because of their totally awesome uniforms?

    Yes, entirely :D

Actually, my whole family is die-hard OSU fans, went to school there and everything...but they never did anything for me,

My area of Ohio (Chatham), was an old oil field town, with hundreds of wells dotting my hunting properties, and its nicknamed "Little Texas"...so naturally, go Longhorns!

That's fine, you just have to sit on the other side of the stadium. :D

Any way the cookie cumbles, it's going to be good. I'd love to see OU in another championship game, I need them to win one to make up for all the heartache they've caused over the last 7 years.

And anyone that would take a Longhorn over a Heisman winner doesn't deserve to kill a Freak Daddy. :D
