I have a few nice bucks i have been getting on camera for the last few months. But they haven't left me a whole lot of sign i have only found 2 rubs and zero scrapes. i have scouted hard and still no luck. I am still getting pictures of them on my cameras after dark in some areas anyone have suggestions on what to do?

Bait and attractants generally not legal in PA, so make a Mock scrape...see sticky "my thoughts and experiences with mock scrapes" above your thread. Any pattern to the camera sightings? Their bedrooms might be off your property. I've also heard more does leads to fewer scrapes (less competition). Do you have a lot of does around?

No I don't have a lot of does and I've set up 4 mocks scrape sights and they haven't touched them . I know where they are bedding at but they seem to be night owls . There is one spot I have regularly caught 2 on camera at 8 to 10 am but the wind is always in there favor.

sounds like you have them pretty well figured out. Why can't you set up downwind of the camera where you get them at 8am? Or hunt it when the wind changes to the right way?

My property line runs that edge I just might have to wait for a different wind

I have that same problem but i think if you have mock scrapes they are by them just not really scraping or that just sniffing them

Sounds like you might need to wait until the rut kicks in to get that daytime movement.

Yeah I must but the sad thing is I got cameras on my mock scrapes checked the cards last week no bucks are even sniffing the the does keep walking by too idk but the deer don't seem to care for scrapes and rubs at all I'm just going to set up by the Doe's beds and hope for the best.
