    I remember looking at these bucks when you posted them over the summer. That's truly awesome. Great effort, mounts and history

    Thanks guys. It was a season we will never forget. We have been lucky enough to wrap our tags around so good bucks over the years but never two bucks that we had this much history with, and made it even sweeter to get them with the bows.
    Cool thing happened the day after my dad shot Ice Pick, I was scouting the area about 3/4 mile east of where he shot him, looking for a gun spot, and I found Ice Pick's left shed from 3 seasons earlier!! We have never found a right side off him. Weird [​IMG]

    Congrats. I too hunt public but in NW WI. I like the big bodies they get when they are from deep in the woods and older. Those are nice bucks there for sure.

    I am looking forward to shed hunting again. Hopefully next season will be better than this one.

    I've always like seeing folks post history of the deer by sheds and trail cams.
