IMO, playoff hockey (especially OT) is the most exciting thing is sports. Its bad for my ticker. I think my resting heart rate is 150 during the game.

I watched the Wings crush San Jose last night at a bar. That place was rockin'. I am going to cry after the game thurs....hopefully they'll be tears of joy! Don't let me down now Detroit. I have to agree with Vito, sudden death o.t. is da bomb.

Cool Photo The Other Night At The Big Joe
I was watching the game the other night and got to see an old buddy in the pressbox with his dad . Gordie was sitting beside his son's Mark and Marty to whom I had the pleasure of playing against from squirt all the way up to Jr. I actually got to sit on Gordie's knee as a squirt all star when he visited our dressing room . Actually I played for the farm team of Buffalo back then,we were called the Welland Sabres. Ring a bell Tony ????
Wowzer ,almost 50 years ago. Hell, am I that Old ???? LMAO

    Dang Those Wings
Deep down I knew it was an end to a legacy, I was just hoping for a last shot. Oh well that's sports and now I think the Sharks will give a better showing against the Canucks than the wings would have done. Much bigger and faster. They just gotta hit the Sedins every time they touch the puck. That will be the magic for them to make the final,if they don't use there size that will be there demize. Go Sharks go!

    Bruins & Canucks
Well is there any Bruins fans out there? The only way they'll beat the Canucks is with the body. Canucks are to fast for them, should be a good series, two great goalies, and two of the biggest teams in the NHL.:jaw:

Are the Bruins going to do it tomorrow nite ? If so they need a repeat of the last game ,just need to score a couple though. Great series,to bad the ref's are brutal. should be a barn burner Monday nite. I said the Canucks from the start but I wasn't sure .Detroit fan always and once they were done in ,I became a Canuck fan.

they better do it tonight. Going into the series i wasn't sure the bruins would even win one game. Now i think they are the better team, but their lack of goal scoring all season long is finally doing them in.

    Bruins Did It
Hat's off to an Original 6 Team, they deserved it, been a long wait too. My heart wanted The Canucks but the Bruins came right out and set the standard with big hits early and often. Kudo's to there goalie. PS now I can start getting my hunting set ups ready for the September Opener on the 5th.Haven't even drew my bow since season closed:hail:
