    They need to do away with the QB slide rule. If you're going to run like a running back, you should expect to get hit like a running back. Kedricks hit was definitely 15 yard penalty worthy per the rules but it was certainly not ejection worthy.

    I agree I do not think there was intent I think the refs called it on what it looked like after fields got hit. The other thing if you are a defensive player keep your eyes up. I think if Kendricks hit Fields with his facemask instead of the crown he does not get ejected.

    I love when guys get smoked with potential head/neck injuries and then while walking off the field, all the teammates slap them on the helmet.

    Rose Bowl has been a hell of a game, utah with a backup QB in the 4th who had never thrown a pass marched them down the field amd tossed a game tieing TD.

    ND gave their game away earlier.
