They always are, even when one team is 0-13 and the other is 13-0, playing 2 times a year every year, and possibly a third in playoffs, makes it one of those toss up games. Add in a little fodder like Rodgers did and it adds a bit of unneeded incentive. At least your teams division plays somewhat clean against each other.
