I haven't watched a single minute of a game this year. I haven't done that since before I knew what football was. It was quite liberating to be honest.
Several, they did not capitalize on those INT's. I'm ready to admit I was wrong about Brady, he's a little bit better than Belichicks' system. Cam Newton os not a Belichick QB, but I'm convinced if Brady was still in NE he would have still played today. If Brady somehow pulls off the SB win, probably going to have to start crow hunting
The call for them to kick the FG on 4th and goal should be a coach firing decision. Regardless of 3 pts or not, they still needed a TD on their next score it was absolutely the worst call of the season by any HC.
Do you plan to watch next year, or are you done with the NFL for good? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hopefully NFL can keep the Super Bowl about football and nothing political or social. If they don’t they will lose those who gradually returned. Somehow I think they will screw it up
Turn it off at halftime and return when 3rd quarter resumes, bout all I can say. I don't know who the half time show is and personally do not care this year. I won't watch either way. Biden is President, everything is fine now, we are one again...
Either way now, Detroit, Vikings and Greenbay are watching the super bowl, well the lions it’s tradition. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
No you don't get it Jake you graduate from the kids table when your team has won a Super Bowl, and kids at the kids table don't get to make rules.
I found the secret about watching the Packers and not caring so much about a win or a loss, my grandson came over and to be honest the only part of the game I watched was when he was napping. I would much rather spend an afternoon crawling around on the floor with him.
I get that I also am at the point where I don't get very emotionally involved in the outcome, just isn't worth it better things to care about. Since we moved we try to spend every Sunday with the the Grandson I would rather have 16 sunday dinners than be tied to the TV to watch a game.
That has been the biggest positive for me. I used to get very emotionally involved, listened to local sports talk radio for 10 plus hours a day, and I felt the need to defend my favorite team (Patriots) on social media or here. Maybe I'll be interested again when fans are allowed to return.
A four-month old has witnessed Tampa's NFL/MLB/NHL/NBA teams reach as many Finals as a 39 year-old fan of Minnesota's NFL/MLB/NBA/NHL teams. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I have not watched any pro sports other than PGA. I thought it would be a lot harder, especially the NHL. I grew up watching and idolizing the Bruins. It has been fairly easy, other than Brady’s last game.
Same!! Derek Sanderson and Fred Cusik's play by play voices are forever etched into my brain, and some of my best childhood memories.
Took the Packer flag down today hoisted old glory. Would have done it yesterday but the windchill sucked.
Packers fired their DC. Wonder if he was the one that convinced LaFleur of kicking the field goal rather than going for a TD on 4th and goal.? Field goal was irrelevant to begin with, needed two TD's at that point regardless of make or miss.
