That was my first thought, but the closer it gets to kick off the more concerned I get. I fear an embarassing loss coming, lots of desperation type plays when not necessary that send them into the off season in a WTF scenario. Still wish we'd have gotten some sort of glimpse of Howard before the draft. Maybe critics are right with the notion of being a late round draft pick. Then again they don't come any later than Purdy and he turned out OK. Should have voided Metcalf's guarantees as well, that's going to hurt next year with the start of a rebuild.
Only thing worse would be him and Joe Buck together I wanted them to go for it, especially after the PI. Hindsight, Rodgers should have held the snap after the man in motion showed a free DB and tried to draw them offsides or take the delay amd kick the fieldgoal.
