Steelers need to replace Teryl Austin, maybe not fire him yet, but he needs help. I can legitimately see them losing 8 of the next 10 games. 2 games before the bye and 2nd is in Ireland. Long stretch to end the season, I'd be happy with 5 and 12 at this point.
