For some reason we always have the closed caption on the TV. During the halftime show it was comical the tv would not understand what the performer was saying so it was just putting up random words.
30 other NFL teams took note tonight, Tom Brady is smiling with his 7 rings. Mahomes may never make it to 4 let alone 8, this was a pivotal moment in his career and he failed. Still a career any QB would love, but fails as a destiny for a dynasty.
Saquon not making it into the endzone killed a lot of parlays, but I'm happy the Eagles won in resounding fashion. Luckily one of my squares hit on my son's baseball fundraiser so I walked away with a little extra cash in my pocket. Time to make those Bears future bets for 2026.
Didn't watch , Didn't care.I hope some of you won big$$$, That said why did I see Travis Kelce arrive looking like a pimp from a 1970's superfly movie?
Lol ..,maybe dressed in jeans and flannel... never got into the pimp vibe. Even when I danced competition disco in the day.
The "Tush Push" is facing a ban. Not sure how to feel about it actually. How many running backs did you see this year that went for more yards after what used to be "forward progress stopped". Were they actually running, or were they being pushed and pulled in the middle of a pack while being held up off the turf? My thoughts on it, and the running back situation, is to make it foot contact with the ground. If a runner advances and both feet are clearly off the ground, he is not a runner any more and his forward progress was stopped. If he is still foot to ground and not being dragged, he is a runner and not down. Eventually you are going to get a crowd surf situation, where a QB or RB goes airborne and is held aloft and passed forward to the line of gain. If not that, a lighter player is literally heaved forward through the air to get to/across the line of gain. Would be so hard to enforce though as the "runner" is usually encompassed within about 15-20 other players.
