Wonder if the Steelers will pursue OBJ? I don't really car for him, but he could help out in a much needed role.

Was a long time ago, not sure he'd even be a decoy at this tenure, but for $200k, it's not risking much.

The Steelers don't necessarily have to strectch the field every game like the pundits would have it believed. If they can get some short/medium passes going with a legitimate threat to run, a few deep options would offer themselves a time or three.

They have 2 good tight ends and a decent 3rd in Heyward, 3 legit RB's and 2 or 3 receivers that can make a splash play.

My guess is you'll see a lot more Field packages these next 3 games, I wouldn't mind seeing a few snaps with Russ under center and Fields in the backfield with Najee/Warren, that would keep a defense honest for sure.

Lions Bills should be a good game today, I would bet $5 on the Bears Monday night, the Packers playing in Seattle reminds me of nightmare games lost there.

Well it was a fun season, we lost two more starters for the season. Montgomery is a big loss. We lost our best DT also.

Not going to get by Philly it looks like now.

Is it possible to wager on the number of pre snap penalties? Makes the game unwatchable at times.

The bears suck, they really do. The 3rd quarter was more than enough for me.

They ruin QB's like no other team can. Still find it amazing they won a SB with Jim McMahon of all QB's they've had

Defense and Walter Payton was a bigger factor than QB, but still...

Is this the week the injuries start to really shape outcomes?

Ugh, this is the fear I had being realized. Attrition taking its toll and injuries are piling up on both sides of the ball.

Steelers need to go all in and focus on the 4 games that truly matter, wild card through the Superbowl.

Rest all key players the next 3 weeks, 2 games, and get aggressive on Monday. They have already bucked tradition by signing two veteran QB's, cutting their 2nd best receiver and not replacing him.

So on Monday they need to shell out $200k and sign OBJ, then they need to get Johnson back on waivers. Put them both with 1st team reps in practices for the next 3 weeks heading into wild card weekend. Rest all key defense and offensive players and anyone injured or just coming off injury. Get them fresh for a 3 game run to get to the SB.

Start Pickens, OBJ and Johnson at WR. Friermouth and Washington(he's 6' 7" and 270, use him) at TE and Jaylen Warren needs to be the featured back. Najee seems to be looking for the hit before catching the ball, probably trying to avoid injury before gitting free agency with a handful of games left.

If Wilson turns the ball over, sit him and bring in Fields. Wilson is not getting past his turnover mistakes and playing without confidence afterwards.

At this point they have nothing to lose by going all in. If it doesn't work, oh well, it wasn't going to work with the status quo either.

If it does work, they will get all the praise in the world coming their way for bucking tradition and putting it all on the line for the only game that matters in any season.

This years 10-5 team giving them a run for the money.

Russel Wilson now looking like the QB critics warned about. Do they pay him, Fields or maybe go for Cousins in the off season?

So much talent, so poor in execution.
