Did they not give him a big raise after last season to stick around? Not sure whose tree he is in but a young coach with an offensive perspective is in demand. There is no doubt he has the lion offense humming. It is interesting when you look around the league, look how many coaches have been hired off the vikings staff over the years, if your team is successful you will lose staff part of the parity.
