Ben was aged for certain, but he still had an arm and guarantee if Fichtner would have never been an OC before Canada, Ben would likely played successfuly a few more years. Once Ben and Haley had their spat it pretty much ended Ben's run. They went to the quick release offense in 2020 and were the worst 11-0 team in NFL history. Once other teams caught on to their new offense they couldn't muster much of anything after that. Fichtner was replaced with Canada and they actually got worse and have never recovered or even attempted to. Fire Canada after week 3 and get some competence at OC.
