Steelers are headed to the PooperBowl. Tomlin needs to start showing some leadership and removing some of his coaching staff. Canada needs to go, Austin needs to go in other words both coordinators need to go. It's obvious neither is suitable or capable of the job. Otherwise Tomlin needs to go amd allow someone who is willing to vhange the things that need changed, when they need changed come in and mix things up. Their season is over, give someone else the chance for the remaining 9 games and see if they are the candidates for next season.
