Sure we could the NFC North Championship has been won. It was a nice try by the other teams but the title has been returned to a historically great franchise.
As much as I love the Packers I have given up going to cold weather games. Not sure I would accept free tickets to Sundays game.
I went to Lambeau for the Lombardi presentation after the 2010 win it was -20 enough is enough. Those cold aluminum benches and my arthritic hips do not agree. To be honest I would not go without my son either he has a thing on Sunday so we won't get to watch the game together kinda makes me sad.
Those $120 tickets are up top though, I have never been up there but I hear the wind is brutal. You could probably get them from a scalper cheaper but that would be a long way to drive to not get tickets. I hate to say it but as I get older it is a lot easier to watch on TV. My house is 5 hours and 15 minutes west of Lambeau, can't believe we used to leave the house at 5 am drive to the game watch it and turn around and drive back after the game. Green Bay gets crazy on a game weekend the hotels all jack their rates and have a 2 night minimum, not going to pay $250 a night to stay in a Super 8. Good times though around the stadium Fuzzy's place is our favorite, it is away from the stadium but the place is packed with memorabilia and Fuzzy himself used to be there on a Saturday night before a game. He came up and talked to my son when we visited let him try on his ring and he was delighted that we were Minnesota Packer fans. Tell you what if the Packers win the Super Bowl I will buy tickets for anybody that wants to go to the party at Lambeau.
Brad I am not going to Lambeau by myself, and yes the weather is part of it. Boy you shoot one buck and you calling people names, simmer down.
No I'm pretty sure you were that well before that. You should be a Vikings fan and sit in their dome.
