Why would he leave Seattle with a man who spends money and a great young core to go to Green Bay.

I didn't say he would want to leave Seattle. That would be a guy that I would hope Green Bay would pursue if able. Like I said he grew up in Green Bay so I was thinking that made sense for him to "come home"

I get wanting to use the come home lure but if you are honest and see it for his it is today Green Bay doesn't spend big money on free agency leaves cap space and makes as much profit as possible. The fans even get mad when people talk about spending big money on free agents. This isn't years ago where people will play for history today they have the SHOW ME THE MONEY attitude. It will be hard to bring in top notch coaches players or front office personnel with out a drastic change in how things are done.

They are 14th in the league with available cap space money. There are good teams with less money and good teams with more money. They try to resign their own which is a philosophy they've done for years with great success. They are the 4th youngest team and have been near the youngest for years. Do I wish they would grab an occasional free agent? Yes but I laugh at bad teams that throw big $$ around at free agents and seemingly have nothing to show for it as far as making the playoffs.

D-Backs and WR's are the need for the Packers, fix that you fix the team.

Time to throw some of these to the wolves of playing time IMO too. Find out right now if Adams, Geronimo, Janis or Davis have any part in the future of the team. You know what you have in Nelson and Cobb who you have money tied into for atleast a couple more seasons.

Cobb is slowly becoming NOT the guy we signed....and Monty in my opinion proves he can do all Cobb provided and in my opinion is even shiftier.

As for DB's were are simply vastly too young and throwing guys to the fire too soon....I love the guys we have but they're still a year or two out from being called upon to be tops...Shields going down hurt us more than any other injury. He was a veteran consistency at outside we simply DO NOT have anything remotely the same to slide in now. It is great to be able to play rookies at slot or maybe 2 of the 4 but come on...there are times we've seemed to have a 2nd year or rookie at EVERY secondary position on some snaps.....

I will address that with the team. As an owner I have that right. Many of their jobs have been verbally threatened by me from the comforts of my couch as I've watched them become a joke!

I will say one thing Packers have learned though: Jake Ryan is a HUGE cog in our run defense. For a 2nd year player to be seemingly as pivotal as he's proven is a great thing. Martinez is going through some serious growing pains at time but he's flashing his skillset. This year does suck, next year might even as well, but love the future in some of this though.

I am really starting to get concerned about Aaron I think he is on drugs or has mental issues. He was quoted in an interview saying that he thinks the Packers can run the table the rest of the season.

The Vikes offense is just plain terrible. It's painful to watch.

I'm so sick of the 3rd and long, quick two yard passes; every time. Just dumb.

I'm going to go out on a limb.....a team from the NFC north, will not win the superbowl.
