Question - What happens with this Knile Davis thing? The Packers gave up a conditional pick for him... And then release him after a week? Do they lose that pick still?
Nope no pick loss due to it being conditional. Chiefs might even pick him back up now...or could. Experiment failed is my suspicion. Further states they plan on using Starks when back, Jackson and Monty (hybrid) here forward....Rip will get some carries to after looking capable.
Anddddd Still above packers in ranking. Lol but it makes me laugh though how they make injury excuses for them... As if EVERY other team in the league isn't wrought with injury. Haha
WRONG go to look again, no excuses nothing to laugh about. The vikings won September and October, I would explain when SB is won but you can't possibly grasp that concept.
So the vikings can not protect the QB can not get 3 yards per carry running the ball and yet Norv Turner is calling play action pass plays. The bears blitz 4 times while sam drops back 43 times and get 5 sacks. Yeah if I was a viking fan I would be livid.
We are. We struggle to run the ball whole time but let's get 1st and goal because the Bear guy walked out on the field for that fumble and run it 3 times and kick a field goal. How stupid.
The time outs left over and not running no huddle from late in the 3rd qtr on. What the hell happened during the bye? The offense play calling and scheme is not working away from weaknesses but stubbornly insisting on doing the same thing as if there are no blocking problems. I am not ripping on the viking team or the fans but it seems the coaching staff has not evolved as the season has progressed.
The defense went from a unit that was hard to scheme for because they blitzed from any gap using any position, the bears were missing two starting guards and the rush did not get home. They gave up rushing yards, allowed Cutler to escape the pocket and complete passes, and a fair amount of yards passing. Part of the frustration is from the 5-0 start it was early in the season with special teams and defense scoring and that is not sustainable. Part of it is still growing pains for Zim, but winning the division is no longer a lock.
Well it will be an improvement if they go back to the west coast style ball out on 3 no five step drops.
That drove me crazy. How crappy our o-line is and they were still doing 5 to 7 step drops. What made this more idiotic is that they've had success with three step drops in prior games. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yes it was a noticeable difference after the bye that they went to longer developing plays made zero sense based on the condition of the O line. Will the first round pick get some plays now?
Hard to say. I'm a little surprised they haven't developed a few plays for him just to get him some time on the field. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
If he left because he didn't want to try anything the coach wanted then take your ball and go home you cry baby *****!
