I agree, was probably defined legal but Rodgers had clear score it was a DB looking for a "hit" on Rodgers....put it this way I doubt anyone would have been shocked or surprised if it had been called....I wasn't shocked it wasn't though too.
Cheap shot????????? He barely even hit him It was a great win but I'm not getting my hopes up just yet. Our defense was great as usual but we need to find the running game.
If you knew anything about Vikings, you'd know in their history they were a fearsome people who were known for war. Horns are their way to proclaim it. Its Norse Mythology. It's Heritage. Name one thing about the packers logo or Team name that's half as cool as that Gjallarhorn. Cause far as I see, it stops at the letter G. Maybe you can pack some cheese like a Bad@$$. . That's gotta be cool.
That hit didn't move Rodgers one bit. Again, if it were not for the fact it was a QB that got hit, there would be no discussion. Happens every week. I've seen running backs go through the goal line and get absolutely hammered-after they crossed the goal line. I have to agree with the Pack fans on the unsportsmanlike flag after the play. Total BS.
I wouldn't go that far I guess. He's got the talent and that was apparent last night. He's got the quickness to keep up with just about anybody so as soon as he can learn to keep his hands off until the ball gets there, I think he's going to be great. Young guy with a lot of veterans on his side so I think he'll learn pretty quickly.
Nice to read that it is nothing serious with Peterson. I know Vikes were not happy, but it really seemed like Green Bay said we are going to make this new qback beat us and play to stop the run. Just having Peterson on the field helped them win.
I'm not saying the hit was a leveling, I was just saying it was completely unnecessary, and was exactly as ty described. A guy looking to get a hit on Rodgers. As for trae, man, I hate agreeing with Chris collinsworth, but he was totally right all night. He was in position all night, didn't need to hang on guys.
Speaking about Collinsworth......... the guy has done something no other sportscaster has ever done. Talks to much, oftentimes with good insightful things to say but annoying as all hell to listen to. How is that possible? But it is.
Some day I sincerely hope we find out what's up with Aaron Rodgers. This is by no means a shot against him, he just doesn't look like his decisive self. Last year they blamed it on play calling and lack of Jordy. Those things are back and Rodgers is still showing hesitation and missing throws he should hit in his sleep. Hopefully for the sake of packer fans, it's just a matter of redeveloping the chemistry again. But it sure seems like somethings off with him. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
