Blair Walsh almost hit a make a wish kid in the corner of the endzone with that first kick.

Yeah thats my bad. I was pretty sauced after the game.

Should be a good matchup honestly. We never play well against the Vikings and Peterson has our number.

In the 90's Caleb would have rooted for the Cowboys, Lakers and Yankees

I miss the days of the NFC Central when the Packers actually had competition in the form of Tampa. Now we just have to beat up on Lions, Bear and Vikings OH MY. Some years we need to let one of them get the North Title just so they don't feel as bad about themselves.

    No hard feelings!

I have a feeling you will blow us out of the water and ruin the regular season opener... And I'll have to take **** for weeks on weeks!

The Packers sucked for the majority of years that the NFC Central existed. You win 1st place for most delusional post of the thread.

So did the rest of the division until Favre, with the exception of a couple bears teams. Unlike the division today.

Apparently Zimmer thinks we have some catching up to do.

"We have to win a few more games for it to be a real rivalry"

I have been saying that for 6 years, the vikings need to become a legitimate NFL franchise and win a Super Bowl as well. The Bears are the Packers rival based on the rich history of the franchises that predates the existance of the vikings. Now this will probably ruffle feathers and hurt feelings but it is the truth.

So either packer fans are not delusional or your coach is delusional himself.

Its just like the gophers and the Badgers. When the Badgers win 12 in a row or whatever it is with no end in sight then it is not a rivalry.

I was a little disappointed when my son became a gophers season ticket holder this year, I laugh at the gopher football program, but I despise the Minnesota gopher hockey team. The football team will never be hated because they perpetually suck.

I actually think a great deal of Coach Zimmer he is the best coach the vikings have had since Jerry Burns.
