LOL, I'm actually pretty soft right now compared to where I was a few months ago... not bad mind you, but I've put on 8 lbs. of fluff after I about had my rib broke during a sparring session at my martial arts school.

I was pretty ripped then after dropping down to 167. I had started around 188. I was down to a 31" waist... I'm a 32 right now.

As soon as the rut's over I'll be getting back in the saddle when I start another round; I want to be in tip-top shape when all the state karate tournaments start up again this spring.

 

Hahaha...Dink hasn't met Benji yet, but im sure he would love him just as much as he loved Sophie when he was up there! Gotta love boxers...

They are Sitka suspenders...dont be jealous!
