That's just down the road! I haven't hunted state lands out there, we have about 30 acres that holds deer (only 3 acres or so of actual wooded area) but it's all tall golden rod and oaks Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
Yup iv'e got a camp in Howard. We bought it 3yrs ago but have hunted out of it for 15. You can see it under DIY {my ongoing hunting project}. Been rehabbing it for 3yrs. Just finished some site work. She's in pretty good shape now. I made a video that I called "this ol shack" It's a takeoff of a show called" this ol house" with Bob Vila on public tv. Pretty kool to look back at all the work we did there on video.I never posted it cuz i think it would be boring to anyone but us. My partner has family in the area so thats how we have private land. Actually his uncle has 79 acres that borders our land. mixed hardwoods and fields.
Sure are!! I was fortunate enough to harvest my first bow kill opening day of my first archery season on film! I never got skunked there during rifle season though Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
Took me 3yrs. to get a self filmed kill on video. Its posted on this site. Its called "2 cam shoot on spike buck in NY". under videography and photography My pal and I were hunting. 50 or 60 yds. apart We had a spike get between us. We were both filming. Me with my HFG20 and my buddy with a dslr. I got the shot and edited the film shots from both cams onto 1 video. It came out pretty good. Check it out.
Will do!! I have quite a few videos from the last few years on youtube. "Bow Hunter Billy Pulsifer" I'll check your video out! Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
Hey billy just watched some of your vids…..pretty kool. Heres a pic of my setup. Lets see what your filming with.
This is my set up minus my action cams. This set up is all new this year besides the muddy arm. Last few seasons I used a mix of cameras, Pentax to nikon dslrs. So far this is my favorite since I upgraded from the HV30 in 2012 Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
