My wife and I were watching this on the news last night when we both almost said at the exact same time... "Yet another reason to carry everywhere you go..."
This was a mere few minutes away from where my fiance was on Pharmacy rotation in September. Actually she was living in Johnson City (where they think the shooter lived). Crazy. Binghamton is a very slummy city, and crime is certainly on the rise from what she heard speaking to the residents there.
