New Whitetails, Inc. Episode - "The Ghost of Johnny Rotten"

I hope everyone is happy with the outcome of the 2010 season, and getting ready to start shed hunting in 2011.

Of all the seasons I’ve had, this has been one of the most challenging of my life! With some tough hunting conditions I was still able to get onto a giant here in Iowa. The story of this buck is so complicated that all we could do is show you. The story of a buck named “Johnny Rotten” will be one of the most memorable for myself, and what can I say; if they walked in and let you shoot them at 10 yards broadside every time it wouldn’t be the sport we all know and love so much.

I have been bowhunting since I was 10 years old. I am now 62 so it's been a while. I have also spent a small fortune on videos and DVD's over the years and am no longer easy to impress. You have succeeded though. that is some of the most enjoyable footage I have ever seen. Your enthusiasm and honesty comes through tremendously. I have ordered all the DVD's and really hope to meet you some day.

 

As always Todd, great stuff. It's refreshing to see someone that cares more about the chase than selling the next best useless hunting crap.

 

Always look forward to your next dvd, you've greatly influence my hunting techniques in the past years. You're one of the few that seem to have these things somewhat figured out. You keep making them, I'll keep buying them!

Thanks SO much for the support! Hopefully you can see by watching what we produce that we just love the chase and everything else really is just gravy! We're in a position of trying to produce as many episodes as we can, but funding this thing 100% on our own for the most-part, it's always a battle. We are only going to build on this and keep on keeping on. New site is being built now and we'll have the next episode up next week.

man that was sweet!! only makes next October seem that much further away but I can't wait to see what happens with Johnny Rotten!

 

Isaiah - we're going to do a fresh edit. If we used all these episodes directly into the video we'd have a 3 hour video with no other team members involved.

At some point we'll release a DVD of the Whitetails, Inc. Episodes - and continue to make our White Knuckle Productions DVD's each year as well. This way we can hopefully use as much of my / our story as possible throughout the season!

Oct is less than 10 months away :D I got tired of checking for a new video, the 9 fingers title kind of creeped me out. Im going to take a guess how your season has gone so far, in the videos. You went through 15 days of hell hanging all those sets and dont hunt them. Instead you get permission to hunt this one farm and this particular area for this one buck. This tells me all your other farms and places to hunt were seeing 0 action.

I cant wait for the night tags to become available because like you 99% of the movement, according to the trailcams, have been at night.
