I figured I would get ahead of this before folks start calling me biased....

I have accepted a position with Radix Trail Cameras. I'm super excited and looking forward to learning the behind the scenes stuff. Radix is a brand new company (May will be one year in business), so there are kinks to work out, but from what is already in the pipe for 2018 I can say there are definite improvements happening. I'll be running and testing every current and future model Radix has, so I should be able to address any questions. I'm obsessed with trail cams, so this position is a very good fit for me.

Trying to figure out which cams I'm going to test out this year. I know the new Browning dark ops with dual lens will be one.

Interesting tidbit you may or may not know. Both 2017 camera models were named after favorite bible passages. PS-1, PS-2 (Psalms 1:1,2), and the Gen-500 (Genesis-50 chapters).

The 2018 models will follow the same theme.

Well hopefully that happens! After this year's contest entry buck missed booner by a couple inches, there were suggestions made that I should change my name to prettydangniceville

Great to hear Booner, I have one of their cams and love it, takes the clearest pic of any cams I've ran...........BUT, the one thing they have to work on, IN MY OPINION, is the user interface, not user friendly at all, so at the next board meeting, be sure to get the word out....other than that, Congratulations....and looking forward to hopefully a new release sometime this year...

The PS-1 & PS-2 will get 20,000 pics+ with 4 lithium AAs....12,000-14,000 with standard alkaline. Gen-500 has same battery life but takes 6 batteries, MT-100 has same battery life but takes 8 batteries.

Seems like a long time considering you do your settings right!
