Hey guys still trying to decide on which trail cam to purchase. I like the primos truth cam 46 but some say the clunking noise scares the deer. I also heard that in 2011 they will selling the exact same camera but with the clunking noise fixed. Is this true? I also like the BTC but I know they have had a lot of problems this year, do you think they will fix it for 2011? I can wait a month or two to buy a camera but need it buy this spring/summer.

I have two Primos 35's and like them both and the price was right. They do have a clunk bit from what I have seen it does not seem to bother the deer. The 2010 Bushnell I have has been giving me problems more them once. I hope they are better next year.

I also have some truth cams. I have not notice the noise bothering any of the deer in the pictures. My guess is that they will fix it for the new cams coming out. If I find any deals on this years models I would buy them.

Just checked my new 46 after 6 days of pics. So far I am pleased. Like most trailcams, moving pics had some blur, deer looked at the cam, some may have been spooked(not by any noise) by the IR lights. Happy with mine so far.

Here's another to throw into the mix. The Spypoints are considered very solid cameras and the price is definately in your range. Hope this helps.
