A simple answer to your question Zach is :- we cannot hunt anything at all legally with a bow , Trad , Compound or Crossbow . The Government banned any form of hunting with a bow in the UK , because somebody killed some of the Queens Swans with a crossbow and other animals had been found injured . So instead of banning crossbows , they banned hunting with anything that shot an arrow as a projectile .... which screwed us all . So what i do to compensate for this is go to my uncles private land ( 180 acres of hedge covered and wood covered land ) and go roaming for furry stumps , mole hills , i also have have Targets set up on steep hills and such to make my own hunting senario's . He has Red Deer on his land , Rabbits , squirrels , Foxes and pheasant . I'll show you a rough outline :- Red is border , blue is brook and pond . although it dous not seem it , this groung is definately not flat . Its a good little play ground and Corby is my uncle :d .
Wow, that really sucks Bails, But that map shows that that would be a pretty cool place to hunt. If you had whitetails over there you would have the sweet spot.
We have red deer on their and i've already picked a spot , but i can only hunt with rifle . Anyways , it gives me good reason to pop over the big blue pond to bowhunt in America . I'm after Elk again in 2010 , but after that its whitetail .
This club??? Didnt my check clear. I never recieved my membership papers. Lol.:d :d :d I really like this design. Ive made several two piece bow, but never a screw together version. Mine are always a slide together style. Hmmmm, you got my little brain to working here. By the way, excellent looking bow.
