My husband has been on here for quite a while and I thought I would join and see how addicted I get.

I had never shot a bow until Fall 2010 when my brother-in-law introduced my husband to it and he was hooked. I had to try it to see how good I was, and I was pretty good. I'm not much of a hunter because I don't do early mornings and 99% of the time I can't get away from the kids to go. Besides, I like being able to let him get away and out of the house for some peaceful man-time.

I'm excited to get my bow back from the shop next week and jump head first into target archery because I know I will enjoy it much more.

Welcome to the forum. Is that some kind of new protective head gear for target shooting?.?..I didn't know they allowed contact in the sport.
