Hello everyone i am new to hunting and plan on getting a used bow to start with someone wants to trade me theirs for about 350$ in used guitars stuff i just do not know if its worth it because i cant find anything on the bow maybe someone here can help this is what he said "It's a limited edition Myles Keller Legend Extreme 70# draw with 60% let off comes with matching camo quiver, new Tru-Glo fiber optic sights.paid $485 for it bare and put another $200 in upgrades, very strong and quiet bow."
Me personally, I think it is a bad deal you can get a way better bow for that price. I think you are better off trying to sell your guitar stuff then trading it. Before you buy anything though, you need to know your draw length. Once you find a bow that fits your draw length, shoot it before you buy it. You will enjoy the sport way more if you find a bow that fits and feels good for you.
Dosnt matter if he had put 200 of extras into it. All that equiptment is way out dated. I agree with the rest of these guys, you can find something better, but you need to know your draw length, and shoot several bows, youll see a difference and you will find one you like. First of all, welcome to the forum! Second, I wouldn't buy the bow. For $350, you can do much better. If you really want to get into bow hunting, look around, do some research(this site will be a great resource), and find a bow that your happy with and get it set up by an archery shop.
That bow is junk especialy for 350$.. go on ebay and you can get a pretty late model PSE or Diamond/bowtech for that much money.
